With a decade of global C-suite leadership experience at Booz Allen Hamilton and Korn/Ferry, Mark Nevins founded Nevins Consulting, Inc. in 2003 to personally serve senior executives by helping them develop their leadership effectiveness, build stronger teams, lead change, and drive superior business results.
Executive coaching was still in its infancy, but Mark believed that the most effective coaches and advisors engage their clients in critical and challenging conversations about how they must transform not only their businesses and organizations, but also themselves.
Today, Nevins Consulting is a boutique firm that works with executives, teams, and organizations to create tailored solutions in the areas of leadership and talent development and team and organizational effectiveness. Our services and solutions range from executive coaching and team alignment to organizational development and bespoke executive and leadership training programs. Mark’s practice now focuses on advising CEOs and boards, often at privately held high-growth companies.
